As Bishop Emeritus of the Diocese of ​Florida for the Independent Old Catholic Church, I am seminary trained with a Doctor of Ministry degree in Pastoral Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology. It is a special privilege for me to unite two souls to be life partners.  I officiate the Catholic Rite of Marriage with or without Mass in the Lakeland, Tampa, Disney and surrounding area, a church building, outdoors, at the beach or in homes. If I am unavailable, there may be a priest from my diocese who can officiate your service.
